Well, it's been almost 3 weeks since my wrist surgery and I'm doing pretty good. Still sore and still swelling if I use it too much but other than that, not bad at all...

Now that we have that out of the way, let's get to the fun stuff, shall we?!

Our second Denver:Undead book, Denver:Undead - Sumo Vestri Pars, has begun! The writing is... well... amazing! More blood and gore and some crazy surprises. We can't wait to get this one written so we can start the photos! Once again, our very own Mihai "Michael" Patrascu a.k.a.   will be returning as out magnificent and talented blood and special fx guy!! We are so excited!

We are going to do things a little differently this time... we will be releasing on-set pix as well as finished photos that will be in the book, story teasers and possibly on-set video (on youtube.com - if we do this, we'll provide any links to our blood-thirsty deviants!)

Things will be happening quickly over the next few months so stay tuned!

So, I wasn't supposed to unwrap the wrist (had surgery last Monday) but I couldn't resist... ugh... I posted a pic (had some requests) of my beautiful incision (actually, the doc did a great job - nice clean cut, should have minimal scarring) on one of my other pages...
here it is in case you are morbidly curious...

I'm being told I should be healed enough by this coming Thursday to take pix at Conspiracy Assassins cd release party... got my fingers crossed!!

I'm being forced to slow down! Had wrist surgery 2 days ago and I will be out-of-commission for a few weeks... bummer...
Good news is the writing for the second Denver:Undead book has started! Jean is working on the first story of Sumo Vestri Pars and... WOW! Writing on this one should go quickly (well, we'll see how the wrist heals) and the photo shoots will begin this fall! Can't wait to bring you guys the next book in our vamp trilogy!
